Manage Cache Definitions

To view, apply, edit, etc any cached definition, click Cache Definitions in the left-side menu and select Cache Definitions from the dropdown.

Search Cache Definitions​

Click the magnifying glass icon to open the search box, then start typing the name of a cache definition to refine the table.

View/Edit Details​

  1. Click the Details button of the cache definition you want to view or edit.
    Note

    You will only be able to edit cache definitions that you own or have been shared with the Access level of View and Modify or Full Access.

  2. After making your changes, click Update to save your changes or click Reset to undo all your changes.

Delete a Cache Definition​

  1. On the line of the cache definition you want to delete, click the 3-dot icon and select Delete.
  2. Click Delete in the confirmation pop-up.

    This option will only be visible for cache definitions that you own or have been shared with the Access level of View and Modify or Full Access.

Duplicate a Cache Definition​

  1. On the row of the layout you want to duplicate, click the 3-dot icon and select Duplicate.
  2. Make any desired changes in the dialog, then click Save.

Export a Cache Definition​

On the row of the cache definition you want to export, click the 3-dot icon and select Export.

Note

If the cache definition does not download, check your browser settings to verify that pop-up blocker is not on.

Import a Cache Definition​

  1. At the bottom of the dialog, click Import.
  2. Either drag and drop a cache definition .json file into the table area OR click the box to select the file from your device.
  3. Make any desired changes in the dialog, then click Save.

Download Cache Definition​

  1. Select the cache definition you want to apply and click Download.

Delete All Cache Definitions​

Note

This option will only delete all the cache definitions that you own.

  1. Click the 3-dot icon in the top right corner of the dialog and select Delete all my Cache Definitions.
  2. Click Delete in the confirmation pop-up.

Export Cache Definitions Table​

To export the entire table:

  • Click the 3-dot icon in the top right corner of the dialog, hover over Export and select either Export as CSV or Export as JSON.

To export selections from the table:

  1. Check the cache definitions you want in the export.
  2. Click the 3-dot icon in the top right corner of the dialog, hover over Export and select either Export selection as CSV or Export selection as JSON.
    Note

    If the table does not download, check your browser settings to verify that pop-up blocker is not on.

Adjust Cache Definitions Table​

  1. Click the 3-dot icon in the top right corner of the dialog, hover over Columns.
  2. Check the columns you want visible and uncheck the columns you do not want to be visible OR click Display all columns to show all available columns.
